Our Story
Built in Malaysia, for Malaysia
BigWin33 was born in 2018 from a straightforward observation: Malaysian players deserved a better online gambling experience than what was available at the time. Most international platforms treated Malaysia as an afterthought — offering limited payment options, poor customer support during Malaysian hours, and sports coverage that barely acknowledged Liga Super Malaysia or even the EPL seasons that the country follows so passionately.
Our founding team — a mix of product builders, payment engineers, and experienced gambling industry operators — set out to change that. We started with a focused sports betting product tuned specifically to Malaysian football fans. From day one, we offered competitive odds on Liga Super Malaysia alongside the EPL, Serie A, and La Liga. We built direct integrations with local payment rails so deposits and withdrawals actually worked the way Malaysian users expected them to, not the way a platform headquartered somewhere else assumed they would.
"We didn't want to be just another international brand operating in Malaysia. We wanted BigWin33 to feel like it was made here — because it was."
Growth came steadily and honestly. Players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam found BigWin33 through word of mouth more than advertising. That trust — built player by player, withdrawal by withdrawal — remains the foundation of everything we do. We expanded into live casino games in 2019, integrated Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow in 2020, and launched a full VIP program in 2022. Every expansion was driven by what our players told us they needed, not by what looked good in a product deck.
Today, BigWin33 serves over 500,000 registered players across Malaysia and continues to grow. But the core commitment hasn't changed: we're here to give every Malaysian player — from the weekend slot spinner in Shah Alam to the serious sports punter tracking live odds from Bangsar — an experience that's fast, honest, and genuinely built for them.
